Reservations are confirmed once payment requirements have been met. Equipment availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Standard rentals include pickup on the scheduled date and return on the agreed return date. Late returns may result in additional charges.

Rental fees must be paid before equipment is released. Security deposits may be required for certain rentals.

Customers are responsible for all rented equipment while it is in their possession. Equipment should be returned clean and in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear.

Customers may be charged for missing, damaged, or excessively dirty equipment.

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in your Rental Agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Delivery may be available for an additional fee based on location and scheduling.

We strive to keep pricing, availability, and product information accurate, but reserve the right to correct errors or update information without notice.

DIY Party In A Box Rentals is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of rented equipment. Customers agree to follow all provided operating instructions.
